HASP Driver For Windows 10 Hello, I am trying to install HASP HL Driver (Sentinel® LDK and Sentinel HASP® Run-time Environment Command-line Installer for Windows version 7.80) on Windows 10 Pro (version 1803, OS Build 17134.165) to be able to use an activation dongle, but I get this. I have just recently updated my PC to Windows 10 and now my HASP USB Key does not work for a program I am trying to run. I Believe I need to update the Driver software however can not find any updates for it to work on Windows 10. Note: this technical note assumes that you are using a USB Sentinel Dongle and Windows 7. Problem: Although you have installed the SafeNet Sentinel USB System Driver the Meta Imaging Series Installer does not recognize that the driver is present. Confirm that the program was installed.

I would suggest you to try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps. Try the below mentioned steps and check if it helps:

1. Go to your manufacturer’s website and download the Driver setup file for your computer.
2. Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run box.
3. Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
4. Look for the Drivers, expand, then right click and select Uninstall.
5. If you are prompted to Confirm, then Confirm.
6. Go to the location where you had saved your downloaded setup files of the drivers and right click, then select Properties.
7. Select Compatibility Tab.
8. Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
9. Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
