- Daca ati vrea sa imi spuneti exact pasii care trebuiesc urmati pentru instalarea driver-ului. Acum am un calculator cu doua placi de retea in el. O placa integrata, care nu are driver-ul instalat, si pe care nu o pot folosi, si o placa de retea Realtek cumparata de pe internet, si care a vazut-o calculatorul fara sa ii mai instalez vreun driver.
- May 01, 2014 Pai, folosesti placa de retea onboard, sau ai montat tu alta placa de retea? Daca o folosesti pe cea onboard, vezi ce rev e placa de baza, intra pe linkul respectiv, setezi driver / win xp 32b, si iei driverul pt.

This downloaded fast and installed quickly and smoothly. The installation interface said that this installed successfully. But it hadn't. There was no request for a reboot after install. I checked control panel and the driver installation for ethernet controller (this is the driver that usually handles that) did not show up as if anything had happened at all. So I rebooted manually, just in case. Still nothing. I checked my settings in my systems BIOS also, pertaining to the ethernet controller, and everything appeared to be as it should. Mysteriously though, after two subsequent reboots,(and un- & re-installs) installing this still fails to appear - In the 'Ethernet Controller Properties' dialogue box 'General' tab info reads: 'The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)'

1. Did not work on a computer which the title of this download identifies as the RTL series in which it is supposed to apply to.
2. Despite a great looking installation interface, there was no indication whatsoever in the way of an alert dialogue box or similar that any POTENTIAL issue(s) could cause installation conflict problems, etc.etc.
3. The ADD/REMOVE Programs area of Control Panel shows the installation of this download package (which I went ahead and 'removed' since it wasn't doing anything PRODUCTIVE, just occupying space, and being useless CLUTTER) but this same specific device's package installation in CONTROL PANEL's Device Manager failed to even show up as if it were never installed. Ur guess is as good as mine how/why that happened - but it did..
